The job
The subject leaders are middle leaders who are responsible for developing and reviewing the capacities of the department members, to support the implementation of the school’s policies, to work with individual members of the department to organize, develop,
document and deliver the education within the department and to promote the mission, vision and values of the ISE and the IB. This role is in combination with a teaching commitment.
In addition to this task, you will provide an inspiring teaching and learning environment where students can grow, flourish and experience success in the subject. You will collaborate with colleagues and teams (from different arts disciplines) to support each
student to develop their competencies in order to reach their full potential.
