Omschrijving
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve laptop, printing, and peripheral device problems.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance
- Set up and ensure proper functioning of ICT equipment (laptops, PCs, AV resources, interactive whiteboards).
- Assist in rolling out new hardware/software using established processes.
- Support the implementation of MIS solutions.
- Assist with account administration (Active Directory, Laptop repairs and Topdesk).
- Support classroom teachers and students
